What we collect, what we do not, and who else is involved.
In effect from 4 October 2026
Analytics, and your choice about it
This website uses two analytics tools. One, PostHog, is subject to your choice. The other, Cloudflare Web Analytics, runs either way, and a later section explains why we do not ask about it.
Whether we ask you first depends on where you are. If you are visiting from the United Kingdom, the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland, PostHog runs only if you accept it: until you answer, no PostHog script is loaded, no request is made to it and nothing is stored for it, and if you decline it never loads, on this visit or any other. We work out where you are from the country your connection appears to come from, which our host tells us with each request; if that cannot be determined, we ask. If you are visiting from anywhere else, PostHog runs from the first page you open, and you can switch it off at any time using “Cookie choices” in the footer of any page. A refusal is respected wherever you are and on every later visit.
If you accept, PostHog records which pages you open, which links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, and technical details of the visit: your approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser, your operating system, your device type and your screen size. It also records a session replay: a reconstruction of the pages as they rendered for you, including your cursor movement, clicks and scrolling. There are no forms on this site, so there is nothing here that you type into it.
PostHog then sets cookies and stores values in your browser so that it recognises the same browser across pages and across visits. That is the part the law in the UK and the EU requires us to ask about, which is why, in those places, we ask before anything loads. Clearing your browser data for this site removes all of it.
Analytics requests are sent to a path on our own domain, /ingest, which passes them to PostHog. That is done so the requests are not silently discarded by tracker blockers. It does not change what is collected, and PostHog Inc. in the United States still receives it.
Two values are stored on your device whatever you choose, because they are what make the site work as you asked: "trenddelta-theme", which records whether you chose the light or dark theme, and "trenddelta-analytics", which records your answer to the cookie question, if you have given one, so we do not ask again on every page. Both stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and are never sent to us or to anyone else. The country check itself stores nothing: the answer is written into the page as it is served, not onto your device.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That is a normal function of hosting, and those logs are handled under Cloudflare’s own policy.
Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we do not ask about
Our host also runs Cloudflare Web Analytics on this site. It is switched on at the hosting level rather than in the site’s own code, and unlike PostHog it runs whatever you answer to the cookie question.
We do not ask your permission for it because there is nothing on your device to ask about. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser’s storage, and does not fingerprint your device, so the consent rules that cover cookies in the UK and the EU do not apply to it. Nothing it collects identifies you.
What it records is a count of page views and how quickly pages loaded, along with the address of the page, the site you arrived from, your country, and your browser and device type.
- It cannot follow you between visits, because it stores no identifier to recognise you by.
- It cannot follow you between pages as one session in the way PostHog can.
- It is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy, and Cloudflare states that it does not sell or share the data.
If you would rather block it, any tracker blocker will: it is a single script from cloudflareinsights.com, and the site works exactly the same without it.
What we collect when you buy or join
Everything we hold about you comes from a service you chose to use:
- Whop, when you buy. We receive your order details, the product bought, and the email address associated with the purchase. We never see or store your card number: Whop and its processors handle payment data.
- TradingView, when you take indicator access. We need your TradingView username to grant invite-only access to the scripts. It is used for that and for supporting you.
- Discord, when you join. We can see your Discord username, ID, and the messages and roles you have in our server, the same as any server operator.
- You, when you contact us. Whatever you put in a support message or a mentorship booking, including anything you share about your trading during a session.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use this information to deliver what you bought, grant and maintain your access, provide support, run the community, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We keep purchase and access records for as long as your access lasts, and afterwards only as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Support messages are kept while they are useful and then deleted.
We will only email you about a purchase, your access, or something you asked about, unless you opt in to hear from us otherwise.
Who else is involved
These are the only third parties that handle your information, each under its own privacy policy:
- PostHog, website analytics, only if you accepted it where we ask, and unless you switched it off elsewhere.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, page view and page speed counts, cookieless, running whatever you answered.
- Whop, payments and order management, acting as merchant of record.
- TradingView, delivery of indicator access.
- Discord, community hosting.
- Cloudflare, website hosting, request logs and the analytics above.
- Resend, delivery of transactional and announcement email.
Some of these are based in the United States, so using them involves an international transfer of data. Where required, that transfer relies on the safeguards each provider has in place.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent you previously gave. If you are in the EU or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR. If you are in California, you have comparable rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires. Note that information held by Whop, Discord or TradingView about your account with them is also subject to your rights against those companies directly.
If you think we have handled your information improperly you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security and children
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our products are not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The version on this page is the current one and the date it took effect is shown at the top.
