Hypothetical and simulated performance

Some material may reference hypothetical, backtested or simulated results. These have inherent limitations that you must understand before giving them any weight.

• Hypothetical results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not represent actual trading.
• No hypothetical record can account for the financial risk of trading real money, or for a trader’s ability to withstand losses and adhere to a plan under pressure.

What the indicators actually are

Our indicators are analysis tools that run on TradingView. They mark structure, levels and conditions on a chart according to rules you configure. That is the whole of what they do.

• They do not place, size, modify or close trades.
• They do not connect to your broker and cannot move your money.
• They do not tell you what to buy or when to buy it.
• A marked level, a score, an arrow or an alert is an observation about the chart, not a recommendation.

Alerts and signals can be late, missed, duplicated or wrong. Charting data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on any single output as the sole basis for a decision.

Individual results vary

Testimonials, reviews and member comments reflect the experience of the individual who gave them. They are not typical, not verified as representative, and not a promise that you will have the same experience. Individual results depend on skill, discipline, risk management, capital, market conditions and factors outside anyone’s control.

We do not compensate members for testimonials unless that is disclosed alongside the testimonial itself.

Third-party platforms

Access to our products depends on TradingView, Discord and Whop. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, data accuracy, moderation decisions or changes to their terms. An outage or a policy change at any of them can interrupt your access to what you bought.

Your eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that using our products and trading the instruments you trade is lawful where you live. Our products are not offered where their use would be contrary to local law.
